For families touched by cancer!

Saturday, June 7:
9:30 – 10:00 am- Family breakfast prepared by our Noogieland Chef, sponsored by Atlantic Medical Imaging
10:00 – 11:30 am – Small Talk: “Memory Boxes!” We will decorate and fill our own memory boxes to honor our loved ones touched by cancer.
10:00 – 11:30 am- “Big Talk” for parents/guardians, sponsored by Atlantic Medical Imaging

“Ask the Physical Therapist” about Lymphedema

Eva Johannesen, PT, Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation, specialist in Lymphatic Care & Lymphedema, will provide participants with an understanding of the lymphatic system, its function in wellness, the mechanism & causes of lymphedema & a self care exercise to promote lymphatic well-being & boost the immune system. “A Girls’ Night Out”

A benefit for Gilda's Club South Jersey, presented by Cerise & Cool 98.3. Gather the girl friends, sisters, aunties, daughters & moms and join us for a showing of the new movie, “Sex & the City”, at the Strand Theater, 900 Moorlyn Terrace, Ocean City. Tickets are $15 and available at the door to the first 200 people.

“Ask the Doctor” About Your Anesthesia Experience
Wednesday, June 25
6:00 – 7:30 pm
David Seitman, MD, a Board Certified Anesthesiologist will discuss anesthesia for cancer patients. Participants will be asked to reveal their concerns about anesthesia or recount their experiences with anesthesia. Discussion will include explanations as well as the implications for anesthesia with future surgeries. Registration required.
